Dr. Pamela McCauley is an internationally recognized engineering researcher in the development of mathematical models, human engineering, and engineering leadership. She is an award-winning educator, she is on a mission to empower students and professionals to successfully pursue STEM educational and career goals. An author of over 100 technical publications, she serves as a Professor and Director of the Ergonomics Laboratory at the University of Central Florida and previously held the position of Martin Luther King, Jr. Visiting Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In January 2018, she was selected as a Program Director for the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps Program.
