Bio

Felicia leads design of customer mobility solutions for Ford Motor Company’s Electric Vehicle program, a critical component of a more than $4.5 billion investment by the world’s leading automaker in electrified and autonomous vehicles – and a step in redefining the vehicle ownership experience.

As a senior product development engineering manager in the newly created Mobility organization at Ford, Felicia has global responsibility for designing the next generation of global connected features for Ford and Lincoln’s Plug-in Hybrid and Battery electric vehicle fleet, and is leading the integration of these features into Ford Pass and Lincoln Way applications which allow owners to remotely monitor and control their vehicles from the convenience of their mobile device. She drives feature definition and integration across in-vehicle infotainment and navigation systems, electrified powertrain and telematics modules, and the cloud and mobile phone applications. Felicia works with user experience teams to define customer facing experiences for Ford Pass and Lincoln Way. Felicia collaborates with regional leaders in Asia Pacific, Mexico and Europe to identify future modifications to align with regulatory standards.

Felicia is an effective, multi-disciplinary leader who leverages both a strong technical skill set and business acumen to focus on both existing and upcoming product launches while maintaining an enterprise view that facilitates collaboration across the company.

During her 15 year career at Ford, she has developed a unique blend of IT and systems engineering expertise, managing and launching heavily-integrated software solutions, building teams from the ground up, and consistently meeting and exceeding deadlines through positions of increased scope, scale and responsibility.

In addition to her professional contributions, she remains deeply involved in diversity and inclusion and talent recruitment initiatives. Felicia currently serves as Vice President of Ford’s African Ancestry Network, helping the company create an environment where people of African descent and all employees maximize their contribution to Ford Motor Company, enjoy personal and professional growth, and providing the company a sustainable competitive edge.

Felicia is a native of Michigan, holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DePauw University and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
