Robin is a strategic and tactical leader armed with a comprehensive background in human resources and leadership development. She is most known for her innate ability to use a lens from each experience to seize challenges, drive results, and embrace invaluable leadership lessons.
Robin has spent over 20 years working in various human resources and leadership positions. She currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager for General Dynamics and functions as an HR Business Partner. She partners to develop and integrate strategic initiatives and professional services related to leadership development, performance management, global mobility, employee relations, staffing, and retention. Prior to her role at General Dynamics, Robin was the Director of Human Resources for Military OneSource. There she was a business partner responsible for full-cycle HR services.
Robin has an MA in Organizational Management. She is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator. Robin is a Certified DISC Consultant as well as a Certified Professional Life Purpose Coach. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Association for Talent Development.
