Bio

Mr. Wright is the Director of Enterprise Engineering and Leadership Excellence for one of the four Lockheed Martin Business Areas. His organization is responsible for the technical infrastructure of a $14B enterprise and its associated technology strategy. His purview also includes the engineering leadership develop programs for his business area and the career continuum from college interns to the elite corporate technical fellows. He is a member of the Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering Technology Council and the Technical Advisory Board.

In conjunction with his responsibilities at Lockheed Martin, he is also actively engaged in building engineering outreach with University’s through STEM and other associated activities towards creating the next generation workforce that is both diverse and inclusive. Rich is on the Technical Advisory Board for the University of Florida as well as on the board of directors for Cognitec Inc. a biometrics solutions company.

Rich was raised as a native New Yorker, and currently lives in Virginia with his beautiful wife Traci, daughter Trinity and son Hunter.
