Bio

Tracey is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Saint Louis University. She earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and African-American Studies. She is also a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, where she earned a Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
In her current role, Tracey serves as a Program Analyst at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She is the Center’s STEM Engagement Lead and the Activity Manager for the Minority University Research Education Project (MUREP). She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and she has been with NASA for nearly 7 years.
Her areas of expertise include public speaking, training and development, instructing/facilitation, career counseling and development, relationship management, and recruiting.
Tracey is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and INROADS, Incorporated Alumni.
