Bio

Cozy Bailey leads a large critical engagement in support of the U.S. Federal Government. He is responsible for customer management and service delivery for his customer.

Cozy has over 30 years of experience leading IT services organizations within the Federal Marketplace. Prior to his current position, he lead the National Security Programs sector growth, account expansion, and service delivery team within Dell Services Federal Government’s integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Additionally, during his 10 years at EDS, he held various leadership positions with increasing responsibility, primarily within the DoD sector. He was a key member of the EDS NMCI team, first in a capture role and after the award of that landmark program serving as the Client Advocate to the Department of the Navy and then as the Client Executive for the Marine Corps portion of the program.

Cozy served in the United States Marine Corps for 23 years as an Information Technology Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy; a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University; and a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. He is an ordained minister and his community involvement includes serving and holding advisory and leadership roles in several organizations such as the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Black Data Processors Association, the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, the National Black MBA Association, the NAACP and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He has served on the board of INROADS Mid-Atlantic Region.

Cozy currently resides in Dumfries Va. He is married and has one son.
