Bio

Mr Boaz served 27 years as an Army Engineer Officer in numerous command and staff positions retiring at the rank of Colonel. As a Department of the Army Civilian, he has held diverse leadership positions; Director, Public Works, Northeast Region, IMCOM; Command Inspector General, Northeast Region, IMCOM; and, Director, Human Resources, Atlantic Region, IMCOM.

He currently serves as the TRADOC Command Engineer and is principal advisor to the Commanding General, Deputy Commanding General, and Deputy Chief of Staff G1/4, on all mission related Army Command engineering, environmental and energy functions, matters, issues, including contingency plans and current/future operations in support of command readiness, environmental readiness, energy and military construction programs. Serves as the liaison between the Command and the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) staff and the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) staff on engineering matters in support of TRADOC subordinate commands, Centers of Excellence and other subordinate mission organizations. Serves as the TRADOC Army Command Career Program (CP) Manager for both CP18, Engineers & Scientists, Construction and CP29, Installation Management.
