Anthony W. Starks “Tony” is co-founder and President of Starks Industries, LLC – a Management Consulting and Technology Small Business providing Cybersecurity and Health IT for the federal government. Tony brings expertise in Enterprise IT, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Strategic Planning and a broad range of experience in Information Technology & Communications gained over three decades of diverse and international business experience.

“Tony” has served as Vice President, Director, and Senior Program Manager for large and small business during his 30+ year career in the IT field. He also served as Chief Information Officer, USAID/Egypt where he was instrumental in providing a $400 million IT, Infrastructure and Architecture solution to the Egyptian Government. He was equally successful managing projects in Kuwait and Bahrain, as a Senior Associate for Coopers & Lybrand.

“Tony”, is a native Washingtonian who started his career in the IT field with General Electric Aerospace in the early 1980’s. Tony also co-founded a local Non-Profit Organization that focused on working with at-risk youth living in DC. He served as Chairman of the Board from 2004 through 2011 and received recognition for his leadership, commitment, and dedication to making a difference in the local community.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hampton University and a MBA from ASU.
