Jeffrey Nolan works for The MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit company that operates multiple Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). Innovating for a safer world, MITRE provides practical solutions for some of our nation's most critical challenges in: defense and intelligence, aviation, civil systems, homeland security, the judiciary, healthcare, and cybersecurity.

Jeffrey is an experienced program manager, capture manager, cybersecurity professional, and Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect, skilled in determining customer needs, conducting gap analyses and developing and executing transition roadmaps. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining enterprise technology transitions that deliver mission value, and has applied this expertise in multiple federal agencies.

Jeffrey graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School, earning his Master of Science in Information Systems, and he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Jeffrey earned his certifications in the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture and in Implementation Strategies from John Zachman himself. Jeffrey’s other certifications include: SAFe Certified Agilist, ScrumAlliance Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL Fundamentals, NSA Information Assurance Methodology, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – originally in 2001.
